Guillaume Auzias, PhD

I received the Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from University Pierre and Marie Curie in 2006 and the PhD degree in Physics from University Paris 11 in 2009.

 

I am now a postdoctoral fellow at LSIS, Marseille.

 

I work on the registration of the cortex between individuals using diffeormorphic transport of measures.
In particular, I develop the DISCO software (Diffeormorphic Sulcal-based Cortical registration)
